T&G Lanka was established in 2010 in collaboration with T&G Electro AS and Sierra Cables PLC. The ultimate aspiration of the company is to supply quality Fibre Optic Patch Cords for Reputed Telecom and data service providers in the country.
T&G Elektro which is the parent company of T&G Lanka is a leading Norwegian supplier of electrical and fibre optical cable systems, harness solutions and connectors for space, telecommunication and offshore applications.
The technicians and engineers are trained in T&G Elektro AS Europe in order to provide a high quality service that meets the standards of the customers. Additionally, we use the most precise equipment and tools available in the world market. Our speciality is that we use the material which is sourced from reputed and environmentally friendly suppliers and verified with stringent quality checks. Our philosophy supports a precautionary approach to promote greater environmental responsibility.
We are bound to provide high speed data transfer with minimal signal loss that will not be affected by electric surges. We have a strict quality standard and each cable comes with a quality report with signal degradation measured using the industry’s most specific instruments.
T&G Lanka started its operation in the Free Trade Zone, Katunayake in a rented Board of Investment (BOI) Building in 2011. Although we commenced Operations with 10 employees and manufacture Fibre Optic Patch Cords, with the growing demand we have now expanded and manufacture Fibre Optic Patch Cords and FTTA Cables and have shifted our Operations to our own complex in the Free Trade Zone, Katunayake.
Our Turnover has increased steadily over a period of three years and is expected to be all time high this Financial Year.
